1. Which Companies Are Working on the Grand Egyptian Museum Project?


The Grand Egyptian Museum is being built by a number of international and national companies. After a competition in 2002, the top candidates were assigned to this massive project.


The following companies are involved in the Grand Egyptian Museum Project:


Orascom and Besix: This is a 50/50 partnership between the Belgian company Besix and the Egyptian company Orascom. They are in charge of building and maintaining the entire project from the ground up.


Architects Heneghan Peng: This notable company is responsible for the amazing and mind-blowing architectural design of the Grand Egyptian Museum, which is being implemented by their Irish branch.
